Gas It Up Foundation's goal is to bridge the gap between major local institutions and the residents of the neighborhood by building customized pipeline training for new staff. Gas It Up Foundation works closely with employer partners to understand their talent challenges and aspirations, and work with residents of the surrounding  neighborhoods to understand barriers and career goals. Gas It Up Foundation successfully trains and places graduates from the training program with a wide array of employers, including LifeMed, Gas It Up, and Blackridge Construction.
